I first got my real estate license in July 1983 on a whim when I moved from Massachusetts to the Albany, New York area.  I just happened to see an ad in the local newspaper saying that they were looking for a few good people to become agents.  Needless to say I applied, got hired, and the rest is history !!

This has been a wonderful and successful career for almost 40 years. I have specialized in the residential home market and have enjoyed every bit of it. Most of my friends have been either other agents or past clients. I've never felt that I've had "real" job because it's always been such a social environment. 

Over the last 40 years I have been a Realtor, a Mortgage Broker, opened two real estate offices for one of the largest firms in upstate New York,  taught pre-licensing courses in financing and closing costs for a New York real estate school and became a real estate investor myself. 

I have now lived and worked in the metropolitan Phoenix area listing and selling real estate since 1996. It's been quite a ride.
