Sebastian has worked across corporate, nonprofit, and independent business sectors in his career.

One of his earliest career jobs as a sales leader for The Onion, America's Finest News Source, and he continues to consult in the media world with music brand, Sofar Sounds, and lifestyle brand, Drink Wisconsinbly. He also recently served as Chief Marketing and Development Officer at Milwaukee Film. 

He's a huge Milwaukee and Wisconsin booster and loves exploring new corners of the city and state with family, friends, his husband, Dalyn, and their adopted dog, Baxter.

He's a straight shooter who believes in strong communication and, as a rule, he only works with nice people. Life's too short for anything else!
