Hey everybody, the name is Bounds Avran Bounds. I am a realtor over at Coldwell Banker Realty located over in Litchfield, Goodyear. I am curious as to why you came to learn more about me. Was it because I looked suspicious, perhaps even the name caught your eye, if none of those, then it had to be the smile. Whatever the reason, I thank you for taking the time out of your day to do so. 

Let's start with why I got into the Real Estate business. I have always had high expectations and ambitious goals for myself. From Character Development to helping the friends and family I care about. While it's not all about goal seeking, I do also very much enjoy helping those who need a helping hand they can trust. Coming from American Realty Academy, where there “why” is to setup students to be successful Real Estate Agents and not just certificate holders. To add on, by partnering up with Coldwell banker Realty. I have taken on their founding principles that they have promoted for over one hundred years which are Honesty, Integrity, and Service. Weekly seminars to further our education to be able to stay ahead and well informed in Real Estate. As George Weah once said “Education is a continual process like a bicycle, if you don’t pedal you don’t go forward.  

Now Getting into a little bit about who I am. The Lovely State of Hot and Cold which is Arizona is where I was born and raised.  A dog owner of two, the first being Dino, who is a Pitbull mixed with boxer and Snoopy a chihuahua who smiles with his teeth. I am more of a player than a watcher when it comes to sports. But whenever I can, I like to tune into my niners for some Sunday funday football or watch Devin Booker splash some shots for the suns. Golf is just one of those sports I can't really watch or to be frank even play that well. But even with its daunting courses, it is tough to not pick up those clubs and for a round. The Gym is a key staple in my life, I started when I was 19 years old and the only thing I regret was that I didn’t start sooner. Not only has it made me start flexing in the mirror more. But it has brought with it the art of cooking. I find it very therapeutic in my opinion and much better on the immune system than Burger King or Mcdonalds.  

  Honestly, I can go on forever, but this is just a sample of who I am. As I am always exploring new things and evolving as a person. If you made it this far, then I thank you again for sticking by.
