I started my real estate career as a commercial real estate agent and have added real estate investing to my portfolio.  I have lived in the West Valley since being relocated here in 1988.  I started in North Phoenix (I17 and Union Hills), then moved to Glendale (67th Avenue and Cactus), before working with Beazer Homes to build my current home 20 years ago in North Central Peoria (83rd Avenue and Beardsley).  I have watched the valley in general, and the Northwest Valley in detail, grow and prosper.  I also own property in Phoenix along the central corridor, and have been involved in financing several new housing developments (Phoenix and the city of Maricopa).  When I owned my first business I also supported several local developers developing master communities such as Festival Ranch (Buckeye), Quintero (Peoria), Anthem (Phoenix), and others.   We raised both of our children in the West Valley and did the commutes to the East Valley.  I am an avid outdoors lover: boater, camper, hiker, off-roader, and can fill you with adventures you can enjoy throughout the State of Arizona.
