Silvia’s parents purchased their first forever home in Avondale, Arizona when Silvia started the second grade and her parents still maintain the homestead today. She understands how meaningful it was for her parents to establish their roots in this town and she wants to help families do the same. Silvia loves and appreciates the community that saw her grow and shape the person she is today, and takes every opportunity she can to give back. Silvia is a local and has been established in the West Valley for 35 years. She graduated Millennium High School in Goodyear and went on to get her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with a transfer to ASU West from Estrella Mountain Community College.

Aside from Real Estate Silvia has been a Licensed Massage Therapist healing one body at a time for eighteen years in the West Valley. Silvia takes every opportunity she can to give back and formed part of her children’s school as Secretary with the Arizona Parent Teacher Association commonly knows as PTA.  Upon graduating high school, she immediately signed up and volunteered to help raise awareness with the organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving M.A.D.D. When Silvia found out that her father had been diagnosed with cancer, she was front and center supporting him every step of the way. Silvia has been involved with Make a Wish foundation, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and has a virtual support group through Facebook called West Valley Cancer Support Group.

Silvia Wray's deep knowledge of the local market trends and property values enables her to provide valuable insights to both buyers and sellers, after all Silvia has lived here for over 35 years.
