International President's Elite

More about Bruce Woods

Bruce says: “I love real estate as I believe it is one of the most important decisions people make. I pride myself on helping people maximize their experience and enjoying the process of selling or buying their dream home.”

In 2013, Bruce earned the International President’s Elite Designation which puts him in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

I play a vital role in the sale from start to finish. Each aspect of the transaction is important, whether it is communicating with you, the other agent or potentially solving a problem that comes up in the sale.

Coldwell Banker Realty sets the benchmark for modern real estate marketing, continuing the legacy established over a century ago. The essence of this elite program is simple: combine the prestige of the Coldwell Banker name with the real estate masters and the reach of a robust professional network. When you work with me, you work with a leader in the profession, exceeding expectations and creating exceptional experiences for clients every day.

My commitment is to help you achieve your goals by positioning you for a successful real estate transaction. This will ensure a positive transition into your new home in a smooth, streamlined process. My goal is to sell your home at its highest possible market value by employing my superior negotiation skills. All of this will be done swiftly and efficiently.
