Thank you for visiting this website.  The “About Me” section is designed to meet your needs through connecting your residential real estate objectives to my qualifications.  The likelihood of you attaining your real estate goals can be improved through knowing the skills, character, personality, and toughness of the real estate professional serving you.  As you continue to read, I hope these attributes are evident.

Formative events as a Native Arizonan, father, coach, son, athlete, student leader, husband, etc. are important to the development of my character, personality, toughness and general skills.  However, to save you time and to spare me some embarrassment I will limit the scope of this page to a basic overview of my educational and professional history. Education

My graduate and undergraduate coursework provided a solid foundation upon which my personal, professional and academic achievements are built.  I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education with Distinction. At NAU, I applied more than 70 graduate credits toward attainment of my Arizona Public School Superintendent Certification.  Capella University conferred upon me the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a specialization in Leadership for K-12 Programs.  The process of writing and defending my dissertation taught me as much about myself as it did about the topics explored in pursuit of my Ph.D.  

Professional Roles

The personal, academic and technical skills developed in pursuit of my educational goals facilitated a rich professional life.  Prior to earning my first graduate degree, I was a small business owner, marketing consultant, and retail store manager.  Degree attainment fostered incremental advancements within Arizona public school systems.  My undergraduate training enabled me to encourage students as a middle school math and science teacher. The knowledge and certificates associated with my Master of Education degree helped me support others while I labored as an Assistant Principal and then a Principal.  Finally, my Ph.D. provided a foundation for service as a Director of School Improvement, Director of Research, and Chief Information Technology and Research Officer.  

Beginning in 2021, I applied my professional, academic and personal insights to serve as a Realtor® affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty.   Capitalizing on my proficiency in contract negotiation, communication, customer service, marketing, coaching, and data utilization can be a valuable asset toward your goal attainment.
