I am Linda Busuttil, a licensed realtor in the State of Arizona with a globally respected brokerage, Coldwell Banker Realty, Sedona. I relocated from New York and Florida after I discovered Sedona’s Red Rocks on a day trip. One look at that breathtaking view of the red rocks of Sedona and I was immediately drawn to the beauty and lifestyle, which I have been enjoying for 35 years. Sedona and the Verde Valley are home. I am an agent representing all of the Verde Valley which includes Sedona, Cottonwood, Cornville, Clarkdale, Jerome, Camp Verde and Rimrock.

I have a passion to connect people with their home. I get my fulfillment being the liaison “Connecting Hearts With Homes.” That is why I am in the business of real estate. You are the ‘Real’ in real estate and not just a transaction to me. I enjoy lasting relationships with the people I connect with.

I am a successful entrepreneur with a background in commercial art, technical illustrating, design and I have been an owner and stylist of a successful hair salon. I realize that every person and situation are unique and I am attentive and creative every step of the way in the process. Negotiations and strategies are my utmost priority on your behalf. I love real estate and people and have fun with both.

With my creative background, I developed my own unique company, “Stage and Exit Right.” I stage homes using your own furnishings. My team will set a welcoming environment to help people to envision themselves in their new home while helping you launch into your new beginning.

In my free time I paint, write, cook and love being outdoors. I am the Founder of “Walking Free Sedona,” a Walk-A-Thon, advocating for the freedom of sexually trafficked victims and was the President for “No. AZ.” Coalition Against Human Trafficking.
