Hello! My name is Mindy Clarkin and I am a licensed, full-time Residential Real Estate Agent in the Verde Valley and a proud associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s VOC office.

I serve all clients: first time home buyers, retiring individuals, and those wishing to relocate. I was born in Flagstaff, spent summers and holidays in Arizona, and recently moved back to the great state of Arizona. I love to explore all that the Verde Valley has to offer, especially hiking, jeeping and rock hounding; and would be glad to share my favorite spots. Ultimately, I strive to offer that personal touch, creating lifelong ‘neighbors’.
