More about Justin Disanzo

Justin DiSanzo, a Queens College graduate, received his New York State Real Estate License in 2005 and joined Coldwell Banker Kueber Realty. With less than one year under his belt, Justin was awarded the Coldwell Banker Rising Star award. Justin has significant experience in both residential and commercial real estate and has been involved in millions of dollars in real estate transactions.

Prior to getting his real estate license, Justin worked for New York State Senator Serphin Maltese. While working for the Senator, Justin was part of a team that helped secure the largest grant in CUNY’s history; a $55 million grant for La Guardia Community College for the purchase of a new building. Justin worked on and advised the Senator on numerous private and public developmental projects in New York City, including helping secure numerous capital state grants that went to construction projects for senior centers, youth facilities, Veterans posts and animal rescue organizations. As a part of Justin’s commitment to the community, Justin donated his services to a local animal rescue and was successful in securing a new and better building for the sheltered animals.

In January of 2012, Justin, his wife Jessica and daughter Sophia relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. Shortly after they purchased their home in Chandler, Arizona they were blessed with the birth of their second child, Grace.

In September 2014 Justin became a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. He joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage branch in Tempe, Arizona.
