A "New Normal" Market?

Tuesday, February 1st, 2011 at 2:23pm. 182 Views, 0 Comments.

Here we are, well into the first quarter of the New Year, and I hear many clients and Realtors asking about what to expect for 2011.  I wish I had a quarter for all the times I hear "Maybe our market is now the "new normal".  I disagree.  Nobody could expect to indefinitely continue the pace of development, appreciation, and speculation we experienced in 2005 through 2008.  However, Realtors who work hard as professionals full time will continue to be successful.  The old rule of 80% of the business is being done by 20% of the Realtors holds true now more than ever.

Coldwell Banker Willis-Smith consistently leads our market in production and satisfied clients are the foundation of our success.  The "new normal" is just business as usual for us.  Thanks…

Thursday, March 25th, 2010 at 3:32pm. 311 Views, 0 Comments.

Coldwell Banker Willis-Smith real estate agent Al Mack celebrates twenty-five years in the business by always focusing on the one unchanging rule of real estate - exceptional customer service.

The game may have stayed the same but the rules have changed greatly over the past twenty-five years.  "When I first started, there were no cell phones or faxes and emails to send," mentioned Al Mack.  "Now the technology available means transactions can be handled at a faster rate and the realtor is able to meet clients' needs faster. However, what can be lost now is the relationship you build with the client."  Al Mack

Continuing to focus on customer service is the reason why Mack can say that 75% of his business is based on client referrals and repeat business. Mack…
