Born and raised in beautiful Santa Cruz, Willie was drawn to Real Estate when he was exposed to million-dollar properties while working for his father’s carpentry business. With his entrepreneurial and marketing background, and a passion for the Santa Cruz lifestyle, Real Estate was a natural fit.

Willie’s talent for Real Estate was immediately apparent; he sold his first property after just a month in the business, and while he was still a senior in college. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in business marketing and entrepreneurship, Willie shifted gears to join a Silicon Valley startup as a sales and marketing associate. After a year of traveling the world as one of the company’s top salespersons, Willie knew his heart belonged to Real Estate–returning to the business full-time at the end of 2019.

Aside from real estate, surfing is another one of Willie’s passions. He won California’s Scholastic State Championship when he was a high school senior, and he pursued surfing semiprofessionally. Willie loves the water so much that it’s inspired him to volunteer for various nonprofits that help disadvantaged or disabled persons experience the ocean’s healing powers. Willie still gets out on the water as much as possible while also enjoying mountain biking, hiking, and time with friends, family, his fiancé, and his dog.
