Business Philosophy

Nancy Cassidy brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker. Since the year 2000, she has specialized in working throughout the San Fernando Valley where she was born and raised. Nancy attended elementary and high school in Woodland Hills, then attended college in Santa Barbara. She returned to the Valley and lived in Hidden Hills for 25 years, where she raised her three children. Throughout the years, Nancy has developed friendships throughout the San Fernando Valley, and has gained deep knowledge of the local schools, churches, community organizations and services inside and outside of the community.

Nancy has acted as a buyer's agent, listing agent and leasing agent and is well aware of her clients' needs. Her reputation, measured by her clients' satisfaction and repeat business, stems from her honesty, integrity and dedication. She has also been a mentor to new agents for 10 years. To her mentees, Nancy imparts her number one priority: Quality service to clients.
