Patti was instrumental in facilitating the purchase, rehab and sale of many profitable, investment properties. She has successfully negotiated the sales of several of her own residential properties, as well as providing valuable input to friends and family over the years. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2011 earning her Master of Accounting and in 2000, her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems. Patti's wealth of knowledge in economics, real estate market analysis, and research contribute to her superior negotiation skills.

Patti is actively involved in her community and is the Treasurer of the Calabasas Park HOA, in addition to sitting on the Board of Directors. She is a marathon runner, raising funds for charitable organizations. She additionally, volunteers her time to ChildHelp, raising awareness for healthy lifestyles for children, and reaches out to individual families on an as-needed basis. She has also been duly appointed as a VISTOS volunteer and works with children in the Probation Department.Patti takes great pride in herself and the work she does with her clients. • How can I explain Patti, her overall quality as an Agent? From the beginning, Patti explained the process, asked us what our price range was and what we were looking for in a home.She was patient and optimistic but gave us realistic advice and we never got the impression that she was just out to make a sale. She really cared and wanted us to be happy! We finally found "the one". It was listed at a price that was higher than we had budgeted, but we just fell in love and Patti got to work talking to the seller's agent immediately. We put in an offer like no other, thanks to Patti's help. She prepared a package that was unique and special. Within two days, the seller accepted our offer (no counter)! Patti was FABULOUS! There were some complications on the lender side which almost totally ruined the deal because they wanted to push the close date and we knew there were backup offers on the property, but Patti SAVED the DAY. She stepped in and talked to the lender to resolve the issues and essentially made clear to them that this delay was unacceptable. With her efforts, we were able to close sooner than the lender was pushing for. We already gave our 30 day notice to our landlord and had a day gap between move out deadline and close of escrow. Without us asking for help in the slightest, when Patti heard about this, she insisted on paying for our stay at a GORGEOUS hotel and even paid for our dinner that evening. WOW! When we entered OUR HOME for the first time since purchase, we were welcomed by a lovely flower basket, card and housewarming gift- from Patti, of course! For my family, this took the cake and really made that moment even more special. So, what more can I say about Patti? She's warm, friendly, knowledgeable, detailed, honest and really went above and beyond for my family.
