Before I tell you about Alexandra, I think that you should know that I had the house listed with another local real estate firm for over a year, without having a single offer. Truth be told, I had almost given up selling the house. Alexandra was one of several real estate agents that I interviewed for the listing. When I interviewed her, she presented what I though was the best, well though-out marketing plan, with a realistic, fact-based valuation of the property. I also thought that it was very innovative the way she used sociall media such as Facebook, to showcase listings and open houses.While my house always showed well, Alexandra suggested numerous changes to improve the way it showed.
