He has been awarded recognition for performing in the top 9% of Coldwell Banker sales agents worldwide, a distinction he has been honored with many times since joining the firm in 1998. This achievement is remarkable considering the fact that Pete’s emphasis has always been on the quality of his work rather than the volume. Personal Background

Born in Salinas, California. Pete was raised in Carmel Valley and married Carmel High School classmate artist Ruth Maat in 1989. Pete, Ruth and daughter Allison all have a deep appreciation for the unspoiled beauty of the Central Coast, an area they've proudly called home their entire lives .

Pete graduated from UCLA in 1984 with a degree in Political Science.
