Hi! My name is Ronald (Bret) Baughman. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a Masters degree in Marketing and Consumer Behavior, I joined Coldwell Banker in 1975. That makes it 45+ years with this company...also making me the Senior Broker with Coldwell Banker in Marin County.
Knowing almost every realtor in Marin makes the job much easier. I belong to four network groups where we often put buyers/sellers together without using the MLS system. There are positives and negatives using this method. To be discussed later!
