Marleigh is a passionate, hardworking people-person who makes it her top priority to take care of her clients. Purchasing her first home and starting her real estate investing journey lead her down the path to become a Realtor. Coming from the investing world, she has a unique perspective on buying and selling - being an asset and a wealth of knowledge to her clients is of the utmost importance.

Growing up in Chino Hills, Marleigh was always obsessed with the amazing homes in the Orange County area. Taking the long way through Irvine and Newport just to get to the beach and see the expanse of beautiful houses along the way is what initially sparked her love for real estate. Studying the market of the surrounding areas is one of her favorite pastimes & will give her clients an advantage in any real estate environment. 

Being a natural negotiator, she is able to stay calm through what is potentially one of the most stressful events in a person's life. Her outgoing personality and knack for understanding exactly what her client's needs are is what sets her apart. Her clients have a calm and enjoyable experience while she does all the dirty work.

When she's not playing the real estate game - which is rare! - Marleigh can be found traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with friends & family.
