Cherese, a luxury real estate maven, has called the picturesque Laguna Beach her home since 1999. Hailing originally from the beautiful city of Durban, South Africa, the allure of Laguna Beach was irresistible to her.

She shares her life with her husband Chuck Denny, a Laguna Beach native, and their two proud daughters, both accomplished graduates of LBHS. Prior to transitioning to the world of high-end real estate, Cherese was an esteemed fitness entrepreneur. She founded “Cherese Denny Pilates and Fitness” in South Orange County in 1994, an establishment that thrived owing to her knack for understanding clients' needs and guiding them towards their fitness aspirations.

Cherese's reputation as a sincere, supportive, and reliable individual is second to none. Her friends, clients, and acquaintances regard her with immense love and respect. Having resided in various cities across Orange County, she brings to the table a wealth of local knowledge that her clients find invaluable.

Cherese is fueled by the joy of problem-solving, and her primary focus is ensuring her clients' absolute satisfaction. Her approach to business is defined by trust, transparency, and open communication, making her clients feel at ease while they forge lasting relationships.

In the spirit of community, Cherese dedicated herself to volunteer work at her daughters' school, acting as a representative for the Water Polo and Swim teams with the LBHS Boosters. For the past 11 years, she has also been assisting at a food pantry in San Clemente.

Cherese's academic background in marketing management dovetails seamlessly with her innate entrepreneurial spirit. At a young age of 19, she stepped into the world of modeling and by 21, she had established her own thriving modeling agency back in South Africa.

In between her work of helping clients discover their dream homes, Cherese indulges in her many interests and hobbies. From Pilates to golf, pickleball, and walks, she appreciates all outdoor activities that let her savor the breathtaking beauty of Laguna Beach and its surroundings.
