Charlotte Kornik is a 5th generation Californian and San Diego native. She excelled in athletics of all types and developed a passion for architecture. Charlotte was honored to be inducted into the San Diego Hall of Champions in 1991 and went on to excel in her athletic career playing collegiate basketball while studying criminal justice and business. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Charlotte enjoyed a 10 year career in the Automobile Industry in both sales and sales management. She has enjoyed a successful 20 year career with Coldwell Banker Realty and has consistently been in the top 3 percent of Realtors nationally, since being named Rookie of the Year in 2002. She specializes in Residential, Luxury and Multi Family properties working with all buyer and seller types including savvy long time investors, New Construction, and Second homes. She has been awarded the prestigious International Presidents Elite and Circle of Honor Awards, consistently throughout her career. She holds the ABR, GRI, CNE, CMRS, and coveted GREEN designations from the National Association of Realtors. Charlotte is also longtime member of NAGLEREP, as well as a member of the California Association of Realtors, Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys tennis, skiing, sunsets at the beach, travel, gardening, great food and spending time with family, friends and her beloved Brussels Griffon.
