In 2001, I started working with real estate as a Senior Claims Adjuster with Farmers Insurance. There I learned a lot in regard to homeownership. I would listen and hear the details from the homeowners about their property and to why I was called to their home.

Since 2004, I have been helping my clients in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County get into the housing market. I am looking forward to helping many more here in Southern California.

What drives me every day is knowing that there is someone ready to make the biggest investment of their lives and that I get to help them do that. It doesn't matter if this is your first home purchase or an investment property because I love the diversity of meeting new clients and building long lasting relationships that often turn to friendships in the process. On a Personal Note

I am the ninth child of ten from parents who were is the ARMY. They were always supportive and made sure I had a great work ethic. My wife, Victoria Sarsfield, and I have been married since February 13th, 2010. She has been a realtor since 2004. We moved to Long Beach in January 2022 from Aptos in Santa Cruz County. We have two boys, Leo (11) and Chase (10) who keep us young at heart. My wife and I are passionate with helping at our local schools as well as staying active.
