Solomiya Pyatkovska joined Coldwell Banker in 2018, after a long career in contracts and consistently exceeding client expectations. Her passions include helping first time home buyers navigate the real estate process, finding the perfect neighborhood fit for clients new to Los Angeles, and assisting sellers in evaluating the current market value of their home.

While she works with clients throughout Greater Los Angeles County, Solomiya specializes in "alternative to Los Angeles" cities such as Burbank and Culver City, as well as "powerhouse" neighborhoods including Downtown Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and Koreatown.

In her spare time, Solomiya enjoys hiking and running the many beautiful outdoor spaces in Los Angeles, volunteering in her community, and exploring the myriad cultural events LA has to offer.
