Christine Rodgerson, as a full time real estate professional, is committed to providing a superior level of personalized service to all of her clients. As a resident of Malibu since 1979, she understands the unique issues associated with buying and selling properties in this area. Specializing in beach properties, canyon homes and condominiums, Christine has helped many clients realize their real estate dreams, not only in Malibu, but in surrounding areas.
A strong believer in professional and community involvement, Christine served as 2007 President of the Malibu Association of Realtors® and as a Statewide Director for the California Association of Realtors®. In recognition of her hard work in both community and professional components of the Malibu Association of Realtors®, her peers honored her as Malibu's Realtor® of the Year for 2007. Christine's service work is not limited to real estate. She has been a long term member of the Board of Directors of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce and in 2005 was elected as President of that organization. In addition, she has chaired the Malibu Arts Festival, the Malibu Arts Festival Screening Committee and the annual Veteran's Day Celebration. Christine is also active in the Malibu Women's Club, an organization that awards scholarships to local students, and is a director of Pepperdine University's Crest Associates.
