Business Philosophy

I have lived worked in Saddleback Valley, (an avatar name for Southern Orange County). Since the early 70's, I've earned commendations as Top Producer of Mission Hills Realty in the early 70's and earned Top Producer and Top Listings and Sales Agents titles from Mission Viejo Realty from 1978 - 1995. From those years of experiences I have learned that no two transactions are alike and it is an ongoing process of learning and practice of the profession of real estate.

This caused me to dedicate myself to use good diligence, to be informed and schooled in new technology and continuing education offered by our industry, from our Orange County Board or Realtor, California Association of Realtor, National Association of Realtors and other independents education resources and most of all Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offers its agents a world class up to date classes pertaining to real estate.

Aside being a diligent real estate agent, I am a dedicated housewife, a loving mom, a nurturing grandma, and aunt to countless children; as a Filipino customs, all elders are aunts and uncles, best of all I am hard working and a loyal friend.
