RICHARD P HEINZ

Mr. Richard (Rick) Heinz is a native of Anaheim, California, and has lived in Corona del Mar for over thirty years.
Since 1983 Mr. Heinz has been actively developing and managing real estate in the Southern California area. He graduated from the University of Phoenix in 1998 with a business degree while operating a large retail automotive company and land development firm.
Most recently he has branched out to areas including Phoenix, Arizona, and Telluride, Colorado.
He currently manages a commercial real estate portfolio and owns Commercial Marketing Concepts LLC, a real estate consulting company in Corona del Mar, California.
