Paula was born and raised in Southern California in the Los Angeles area. Her mother was a successful Real Estate agent and passed her love of Real Estate onto Paula.

Paula’s passionate about Real Estate like her mother. Paula procured her Real Estate license at the age of eighteen and, began her long career in this profession working alongside her mother.

Paula also began training as a residential Real Estate appraiser and, started working for a large savings and loan company in the Los Angeles area as an in-house Real Estate appraiser. She relocated to Northern California, Bay Area working for Great Western Savings as one of their appraisers before deciding to form her own Real Estate appraisal company. She founded Premier Appraisals in 1988 and, has been working continuously as an appraiser over the years. With her extensive knowledge of Real Estate values, Paula brings a unique understanding of the market to residential Real Estate. She brings a tremendous amount of experience to the Real Estate industry, with her many years of work in this profession which makes her invaluable.

Her knowledge uniquely qualifies her to assist in the search for an exceptional property for buyers and, secures the perfect buyer for sellers. She is skilled as a negotiator and can manage the overwhelming details of Real Estate transactions.  To ensure that her clients have state-of-art technology and global marketing opportunities, Paula has partnered with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the acknowledged leader in California Real Estate. 

Paula is married and has a daughter Danelle, and two lovely grandchildren, Lauren, and Anthony. She resides in Novato. In her free time, you will find her walking her dog and spending time with her family.
