Business Philosophy
Powai Wong was born and raised in Hong Kong and she speaks Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. She graduated from the University of Florida and worked in marketing and advertising fields in California for more than 14 years.
Before joining real estate, she was an Asian Business Executive at the Pasadena Star-News, an Account Executive at the KSCI Channel 18 TV Station and also a Sales Director at NextTV USA. Therefore, she developed a strong firm skill on working with people and finding out their needs. With her cumulated business experiences, Powai is very good on negotiating contract terms that her clients are always appreciate.
Powai is now a full time realtor with designations on Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Property Management Certified (PMC) and also Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR).
