Areas of Expertise

New Home Buyers looking to purchase their first home. I love working with first timer home buyers to realize their dream of home ownership. I will take you step by step through the process and help you navigate through to a successful close.

Current Home Owners looking to upgrade to a larger home. So you have outgrown your current home and need to find a home that accommodates your current needs, yes, I can assist you in finding that next level home.

Looking to downsize to a smaller home. The house is empty now as the children have grown and gone away to college or some great job or marriage. Whatever the reason, I can help you find the home that suits your current needs.

It's just me. If you are simply looking for a home/condo/townhouse just for you and your precious belongings, I am more the happy to work with you to find the right home for you.

Market Knowledge. I keep my pulse on the real estate market from knowing the local areas and the average price points in each one to analyzing the data of how long homes are on the market and why, what's recently pending, what's recently sold and how much a home may be worth on the market. I regularly attend real estate marketing meetings in the areas I serve and the surrounding areas to know when new homes are coming on the market as well as what buyers are looking for in the area.

Marketing Your Home. My marketing strategy to market a seller's home is a dynamic experience! I provide the expertise to get your home seen by as many potential buyers as possible.

Community Involvement

Volunteer at nonprofit organizations that provide shelter and counseling services to survivors of sexual assault, battered men, women and their children. Talking with some of the victims which is a touching and moving experience to wrapping gifts for the families during the holidays is so rewarding and fulfilling.

Donate to Dress for Success to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. I know what it feels like for me when I purchase my work clothes and accessories, the confidence I have or the satisfaction in simply having the ability to make such a purchase is great. Then, to be able to give a similar experience to a woman looking to better yourself and have the confidence I had in wearing those clothes, makes me feel great to help out in this manner.

Habitat for Humanity. Habitat has been devoted to building "simple, decent, and affordable" housing, a self-described "Christian housing ministry," and has addressed the issues of poverty housing all over the world. Participating in building or rebuilding homes for families in need a great way to give back to the community and know you helped a family receive a place to call home.

I make and distribute delicious homemade chocolates to non profit organizations during the holidays and throughout the year.

Personal Background

I purchased my first home with my husband when I was 21 years old. Since that time, I have bought and sold many homes for personal and investment purposes in all price ranges from $100,000 to $1,000,000+. Included were 900 sq. ft. condos, 3/2 and 2/2 duplexes, to 3500+ sq ft. spacious single family homes. I love the real estate business, I get excited for first time home buyers, for those who are adding to their family and need more space as well as those retiring and want to downsize their next home to simplify their lives. I also enjoy helping others from answering their real estate questions to helping them with the helping them transition to a new home or first home.

I love to garden, especially roses and herbs. I'm a great cook, wife, mother, grandmother and a christian. I love to travel, my last vacation was returning to Cannes and Nice in the French Riviera. I have also traveled to Italy, Spain, Mexico, Hawaii and most islands in the Caribbean. I love the ocean, the colors of the water are awesome and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore is so calming and peaceful.
