Romar's business practice is drawn from years of experience listening and especially catering to each and every client’s needs.  Setting high business standards and having a proven approach is what makes him successful in his field. His mission is to drive the client's expectations while continually getting the job done efficiently and effectively.

Romar has been a licensed full-time real estate agent since 2002.  He has received numerous awards for his accomplishments and year after year ranks as one of the Top 100 Agents in the Bay Area for Coldwell Banker and has also ranked in the Top 2% amongst all of the Coldwell Banker agents in the nation.

Romar has been a mentor to many agents that are starting out and continues to educate newly licensed and experienced agents.

Education
Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Accounting and attended CSU Sacramento where he also majored in musical theater.

It is his belief that in order to be successful in the business, one has to be a good listener and gear services around the customers' need, and at the same time, provide exceptional and timely service. In addition, one has to be able to adapt and adjust from situation to situation.

Personal Background
In his spare time, Romar is a professional actor. He is greatly involved and have performed in several musical theater performances in the Bay Area and throughout Northern California. His personal musical theater favorites includes, Phantom, West Side Story, A Chorus Line, Kept, Pacific Overtures, Elton John's Aida, and Miss Saigon to name a few.
Since 2002, Romar continues to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and in 2005, he had produced an annual one-man cabaret show to benefit Habitat for Humanity where he'd raised thousands of dollars for the charity. "I not only sell homes.....I help build them!"
