I’m a full-service Realtor® and since 2005 my business is about providing quality service to both buyers and sellers. California real estate is a form heavy business and I’ve made educating my clients a priority. I've learned a great deal during my years as a Realtor®. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, some under challenging situations. I understand that this profession is not about me. It’s about taking time to understand my client’s needs, acknowledge their anxieties and fears and work to make their transaction as easy as possible. I’ve been told I have a calming personality, so when you’re facing the stress of divorce, loss of a family member or facing losing your home, I’m here to assist you.

My knowledge goes beyond real estate. I worked 5 years as a loan officer because I wanted to understand the entire transaction. I have over 20 years of experience managing corporate and nonprofit finances. I even published a book for buyers so they would know what to expect. Educating myself is just as important as the knowledge I provide to my clients. I stay on top of what’s going on in the industry so I can offer choices.

My expertise can be defined by education and patience. When you consider the paperwork required in California, I begin by making sure you understand the entire process. Knowing what the contracts say is only half the battle. Understanding what it all means is what's important. I've been lucky to have been involved in successfully challenging transactions over the years. Community Involvement

I have lived in Santa Clara County for more than 25 years. Community involvement and teaching are important to me. Since 2000 I have been a volunteer coach for several youth sports. These sports include ice hockey, flag football, Soccer, t-ball and Pop Warner football. Since 2011 I've been a varsity football coach at Del Mar High School in San Jose. I am also the head track and field coach at Del Mar. Proud to be involved with a 2016 Football League Championship, a 2018 Boys Track & Field League Championship and a Girls 2019 Track & Field Championship..

Personal Background

I have interests in many different areas. I love cars, I'm a tech head and I have a passion for photography. My tech background goes all the way back to 1985 when I built my first computer. Over the years I've helped individuals and businesses reach their tech goals. My photography passion goes back to before I was 10 when my grandfather gave me several vintage cameras. I've evolved to take photos in a variety of different settings. These include corporate special events, sports, portraits, landscape and occasional wedding.

Communities I Serve

I've sold and listed homes in various cities and communities in Santa Clara County. It's all about serving the needs of my clients. I've represented clients in San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont, Mountain View, Gilroy, San Carlos, San Mateo and Hollister. It's all about meeting my clients needs and finding the best home for their situation. It's not about price, it's about dreams.
