Michael started in real estate in the late 1970's and became a Broker in 1983. Michael has "lived through" many real estate cycles and brings extensive real estate technical knowledge and skills to every transaction. A top-producer for many years, Michael is frequently recognized for his skills in real estate contracts, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Linda joined Michael in 2005 to form The Colar Team. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Linda had a varied career including International Training Director in high-technology. Linda’s dedication to a variety of customers motivated her to receive certifications as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
