Brad Sills is an accomplished Los Angeles real estate agent who brings a strategic, yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process. Building on his years of experience as an entrepreneur and financial services manager, Brad has built a reputation for friendly customer care…whether it be guiding a first time buyer through the purchase process to obtain the best value for their dream home or assisting sellers in the stress-free sale of their long-time property. A Los Angeles native, Brad has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods throughout the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area. He services the entire Southern California area and specializes in home buying and selling: residential resale, investment properties, new development, and luxury homes. Brad obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He then went on to manage the processing department of a successful mortgage brokerage, learning the ins and outs of the financing side of the real estate business. From there he took his skills to various entrepreneurial and management ventures, gaining invaluable experience dealing with the general public and customer service. It was a natural and linear move to combine his passion and sharp attention to detail together and become a Realtor. As an experienced agent, Brad understands that buying and selling are one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life, he takes that responsibility very seriously and views representation and guidance of his clients as a true privilege.
