Working as a liaison between titans of the industry like Coach, Kenneth Cole, Nautica, Macy’s, Bloomingdales; Luke honed his negotiating skills while maintaining the hard-earned trust of executives on both sides of the wholesale - retail relationship. Luke earned a reputation for being reliable and for having the ability to quickly concisely resolve complex issues that often cloud retail environments. His no-nonsense approach to arriving at mutually beneficial results quickly landed him in a director-level position. Luke applies this imperative skillset to assist his clients successfully navigate California's complex real estate landscape.
