Steve places a priority on constant communication with his clients as well as with his fellow brokers. He always makes himself available for questions, concerns or just plain hand holding. He has been recognized for his outstanding performance by the Los Angeles Times on numerous occasions as well as being asked for commentary, which often times has been quoted in various sections of the newspaper. He has been acknowledged in several books for his real estate information contributions and was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, Designed to Sell, Flipping Out & Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, as well as special real estate based segments of the ABC News.

Steve is one of the constantly top producing Realtor's at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. He was born, raised and educated in Los Angeles, which makes him a true native. Steve delights in telling stories from his childhood including how he rode his bicycle over every inch of the city and watched it grow. In 1987 he moved from Brentwood to Sherman Oaks with his wife and first child where he bought his first home.  Steve is a true believer in real estate and has acquired local rental properties for himself and always encourages his clients to make similar investments. His daughter is a successful attorney with a juris doctorate from Pepperdine Law School, and his son is an engineering student at UC Davis. In his free time Steve enjoys working in his yard and entertaining family and friends at his home in Sherman Oaks, reading, bicycle riding, snow skiing, golfing and traveling.
