Also, I have a technical knowledge of home construction as a licensed General Contractor. I have completed development projects such as planned unit developments, (working with the planning commission as well as city council presenting), parcel splits, spec building and I built my home here in Tahoe Donner!
Furthermore, I have experience in consummating 1031 tax deferred exchanges as well as time delayed exchanges per the internal revenue service code.

My wife, Christina was an escrow officer with over 15 years in the escrow and title business. Also, she has been a licensed real estate agent for over 12 years.
Nicholas attends the University of Reno and snowboards! Nick has actually been in 3 snowboarding movies and was seen on Fuel T.V.
Marissa, attends the middle school here in Truckee and loves to shop, hmm, were did she get that habit?
We choose Truckee for its overall quality of life. We love to ski, golf, snowboard, snowmobile, hike and bike. Oh yeah, you might see me jogging down Northwoods Boulevard from time to time.
