As the Manager of the Westlake Village Branch of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, my number one priority is helping our Sales Associates develop, grow and sustain their real estate business. I want to see them thrive by providing an environment which maximizes their production and wealth building potential. My staff and I are dedicated and committed to providing a high degree of administrative service and support. Together with my agent support team, consisting of experienced and top producing agents, we provide weekly educational opportunities, one on one assistance and weekly office meetings. All of this contributes greatly to our agents being able to provide an excellent and professional experience for their clients. I personally have a high degree of daily availability for agent coaching, mentoring and transaction assistance. This culture of information sharing and support is what allows our agents to build their businesses based on a steady stream of referrals. Background and Credentials

The daughter of Dutch immigrants, I was born and raised in a mining town in Northern Ontario, Canada. My parents taught myself and my siblings by example. They worked hard, were self sufficient and always strived to be the best they could be. After high school, I attended the University of Toronto where I earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in biogeography and environmental sciences. I worked for 15 years as an Information Systems Analyst at a large electrical utility in Toronto and moved to Southern California when my husband accepted a position as a professor of geography at UCLA in 1995. For the past 21 years I have lived in the Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks area of the Conejo Valley where I worked and raised my two children. It continues to be the place where I call home and feel very fortunate that we found such a wonderful place to live and work..
