Business Philosphy As an Office Manager

My business philosophy as a full-time non-competing manager is to build a positive business environment that inspires and motivates each independent agent to achieve their business and personal goals. I believe being a non-competing manager affords me the opportunity to be able to help each and every agent in a supportive and cooperative environment that encourages their growth and help them realize their goals.

After a successful 13 year career as a top producing independent agent along the Connecticut shoreline I decided it was time to explore management opportunities. I knew that Coldwell Banker was the place to be! As the oldest and largest real estate company in the world Coldwell Banker offers the intimacy of a small town real estate agency with the depth and breadth of a large international firm. Our global network reaches around the globe affording independent agents the ability to place referrals wherever they need. In partnership with CARTUS, the world's largest relocation network we work with them to help their employees both buy and sale homes.

Coldwell Banker believes in our independent agents and strives to support them by providing them with on-going skill development and innovative marketing. Education is a huge part of Coldwell Banker and we provide weekly meetings and workshops along with individualized coaching. We are resource rich and believe in providing the independent agents with the educational resources they need to build their book of business. Our Sales Support Admins are here to help you every step of the way. Whether it be learning new technology or helping you with a Facebook post, we are there to help you build your business.

Personal Background

Sheri was raised in Armonk, NY, the daughter of a real estate broker. She got her first "real" job as a college freshman work for IBM's Americas/Far East relocation division. She continued to work there during summers till she graduated from American University in Washington, DC. There she worked for the American Association of Advertising Agencies lobbying group. She was then recruited to open a new branch office of Ogilvy Mather, the international advertising agency. She helped get that office established before being transferred to work in the New York office. In NY she worked for a wide gamut of Fortune 500 companies. After marrying her husband, Gus, they moved to Greenwich and she went to work for North Castle Partners till she gave birth to her first child. In 1988 she moved to Milford and took time off to raise her three kids and devote herself to community efforts. In 1999 the family moved to Branford. In 2004 she became a full-time realtor. She is committed
to her family, work, gardening, cooking and being an active member of the community and overall enjoying life. Business Philosophy
