Geoffrey Brennan grew up in Fairfield County the son of a Home Inspector and Professional Engineer. After graduating college and marrying his high school sweetheart, they moved back and bought their first home in Oxford Connecticut. Soon after that Geoffrey started his career in real estate when he bought his first investment house as a rehab/renovation project. For the next few years Geoffrey was a Hands-On investor buying, renovating and selling 13 houses and building a small multifamily rental portfolio. Over that time he acquired a Home Improvement Contractors License and reputation among his friends and family for his knowledge of houses and housing markets. He also found his true passions, buying houses for the best possible deal, selling them at the highest price in their market, and helping others do the same. In 2013 Geoffrey became a licensed Realtor with the intention of furthering his real estate investing and helping his friends and family navigate the buying and selling process. In a short time helping friends and family lead to numerous referrals and exceedingly satisfied clients and almost by surprise turned Geoffrey into a Full-Time 5 Star Realtor. In 2016 Geoffrey joined Consolidated Realty Services to build his brand and his team, and has been the Top Selling Agent in the firm every year he was there. In 2020 Geoffrey lead The Iron Gate Team to Coldwell Banker Oxford to be closer to home and grow their brand to reach more people.  At Coldwell Banker Geoffrey and the Iron Gate Team have been awarded with Sterling and Diamond company awards for being among the top agents in the company. First-time buyers and those looking to make the move to their “Forever Home” are Geoffrey’s favorite clients to work with because he can use his knowledge and “Heart of a Teacher “ to help guide them along their way. Geoffrey no longer swings a hammer or wears a tool belt but is still hands on and actively engaged in his Personal Real Estate Investments. His experience as an active investor makes him the go to agent for buyers and sellers of multifamily properties. Working with other investors is 40 to 60 percent of Geoffrey’s business in any given year. Geoffrey enjoys spending his time hiking, golfing and traveling with his wife and two young sons and enjoying all the great things Connecticut has to offer.
