My tertiary education has been at the colleges of the City University of New York with an emphasis in Liberal Arts and Public Administration.

Over approximately 23 years, I have worked in the service/retail industry, beginning my career with U-Haul Company in New York as a customer service representative, eventually working my way up to management as an operations director. My tenure with U-Haul Company has provided me with opportunities to meet and interact with many customers, and to understand that every customer has their specific needs, timelines, and deadlines. I begin with the premise that excellent customer service is the prelude to customer satisfaction and economic success. I will bring the level of dedication that has served me well in the past to my client's real estate needs.

Having also worked in government in my native country, over a four-year period I have had the opportunity to serve as a diplomat  where I have acquired the skills and developed good capacity in protocol, bilateral relations and negotiations.

Originally from Grenada in the Caribbean, prior to my relocation to southern Florida, I have spent most of my adulthood residing in the New York City area. I enjoy spending time with family, the beaches, and I am a great sports aficionado, with a passion for soccer, cricket and tennis.
