My name is Tawana Michelle Thomas and I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. I’ve been in South Florida for a little over 12 years. I’m excited to be a real estate agent because I’ve also wanted to make a difference in peoples lives, and what better way to do that, than helping others with homeownership! I’m currently a flight attendant and I’m curious , yet up for the challenge to see how this all ties together. I attended Chicago State University and Kaplan University. Education has always been an important part of my life and when time allows, I’ll add that back into the pot. Everyone knows me as a “go getter” and caring individual. So adding those characteristics to my determination, you get an amazing agent. I treat people fair and how I would want someone to treat me and my family! As I fly quite often, it’s sometimes hard to be that ray of sunshine all the time, but somehow, I’m always able to brighten somebody’s day! What excites me the most about flying and being a new agent is meeting new people and leaving an unforgettable memory or experience. When I get a free day or two I enjoy spending time with my 4 year old granddaughter Peyton! She keeps me busy and is a true blessing. I enjoy cooking for my family when we can all get together. Watching sports is considered a big deal especially when it’s basketball season! Besides passing my Florida Real Estate exam, getting my flight attendant wings was thee most memorable accomplishment of my life and I wear my wings proud! Flying has become addictive and almost impossible to give up, but who knows. The great thing about me is either you love me or you love me nothing less! Some people may have a problem with my assertive personality but it comes from a good place and it’s always genuine. My life is definitely a novel with a lot of life’s lessons to share. If I had 3 words to describe me, it would be enterprising, educated and fearless. And as I complete my time here on earth, I want to be remembered as unique!
