BACKGROUND

I’ve served as a broker and partner of commercial real estate management and investment firm, specializing in the rehabilitation and optimization of unstabilized retail assets. I was responsible for opportunity scouting, business development, investment, and financing strategy, investor and bank relations, property acquisition, renovation, and disposition, as well as tenant development and leasing.

Before venturing into real estate, I worked for Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications industry. With a global orientation and proven ability to generate value and accelerate business transformation, I served as a corporate business strategist and change agent.

I have also served as a board member and advisor for organizations across different industries such as commercial refrigeration, retail, higher education, agriculture, bakery, and non-profit organizations.

PERSONAL

Together with my wife and two daughters, we take advantage of the weather and multiple fun and safe places to run, cycle, practice team sports and go to the beaches. We also appreciate Miami’s multicultural diversity and its variety of culinary offerings, art, culture, and sporting events.
