As a former Sergeant in the US Marine Corps and having worked on Wall St. for Goldman Sachs for several years, he gained valuable corporate experience and military training to succeed in his career. Alex worked for several real estate investment firms and start-up companies while living in New York City. He has gained valuable sales and marketing skills throughout his ventures. In 1998, he became actively involved in real estate investments in both New York and Florida. By the time he turned thirty years old, Alex had created a very impressive real estate portfolio and found his passion for real estate. He has been actively involved in rehabbing & flipping properties, managing his own rental income properties and personally buying/selling several Florida properties.
