Experience

Former employee of Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s Office 1992 – 2021. Worked as a certified Evaluator I, Evaluator II and Income Evaluation Specialist.

Worked in all aspects involving preparation and certification of Miami-Dade County Tax Roll. During my 30 years tenure at the Property Appraiser’s Office, I Assessed single-family residences, commercial and industrial properties including office building, warehouses, multi-family properties, hotels, historically designated buildings, vacant land, farms, agricultural designated acreage hotels, contaminated sites, Brownfield Areas and hotel,

When property owners appealed their property’s assessed value, I appeared at the Value Adjustment Board and defended the assessed value of the property and the method used by the Property Appraiser’s Office to establish that value. I defended thousands of thousands of thousands before the Value Adjustment Board.
