Meet the Florida / Alabama Group!

Rico was born in Springfield Missouri. The youngest of five with four older sisters and fun-loving, hard-working middle-class parents. Having a father employed with the federal government the family was transferred every two years throughout the United States. This unique lifestyle gave Rico an opportunity to meet new people and the ability to adapt to everchanging situations. Rico’s well rounded professional background in sales, mortgage banking, concierge services, bartending and as a haunted history tour guide in the French Quarter has given him an incredible gift of connecting with people from all walks of life.

Stacey was born and raised in St. Paul, MN where she was raised with conservative values and a strong worth ethic. Her love affair with Florida began while living in Ft. Lauderdale where she studied at the Florida College of Natural Health to begin a lifelong commitment to health and wellness as an esthetician and later as a cosmetic brand representative. At this time Stacey also began working in the hospitality & service industry, developing many diverse skills throughout all levels of the industry. Upon returning to Minnesota, Stacey began working for Hilton while pursuing her career as an esthetician. Over her years in the hotel industry, she further mastered all levels of service from fine dining to orchestrating large scale events which benefited her career in New Orleans.

Rico and Stacey relocated to Minnesota in 2019 to pursue a career in Real Estate. In 2020 they were awarded Rookie of the Year with their brokerage covering Minnesota and Wisconsin. Together with our combined backgrounds we are a completed partnership. We excel in different areas that complement each other, giving us the ability to provide excellent service to our clients. With Stacey's keen eye for detail and Rico's negotiating skills we dedicate ourselves to making sure your relationship with us is a positive experience always having your best interests as our number one priority.

While living in New Orleans we would visit the Emerald Coast frequently to enjoy the beautiful water. The beaches are captivating, but the people and their values are what persuaded us to move to the Flora-Bama coastline and make it our forever home!
