More about Christine Chamberlin

Christine brings a dynamic mix of real estate, marketing, sales, and business acumen to her practice. A resident of Punta Gorda, she has sold over $30 million worth of sales volume since 2017, and 5M-10M yearly since 2019. She also brings specialized knowledge of Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, and Fort Myers. Her formula for success involves exceptional market knowledge, working with integrity, matching customers with their perfect property, and responding promptly to their needs.

Originally from Detroit, MI, Christine moved to Boston where she began her career in marketing and sales, excelling in the industry for 40+ years. As Executive Creative Director and equity partner in one of Boston's largest advertising agencies, she helped build brands like CVS, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Converse. She also excelled as an entrepreneur, building a $6.5 million retail home furnishings company from a website and a phone by leveraging the power of the internet, social media, and listening well to customer desires while matching them to the right solutions.

Christine employs the same tried-and-true retail approach to marketing properties. She understands that 95% of all buyers begin their research online and leverages beautiful photography and social media to expose her listings to a geo-targeted group of people most likely to purchase.

Christine has been married to her husband, Ted, for over 29 years. Together, they have been investing in real estate for over three decades, purchasing investment homes, vacation rentals, and becoming well-versed in commercial real estate negotiations. Their blended family consists of two adult sons, Matt and Scott, and their spouses, who are all in the graphic design, video, and fashion world. A new granddaughter, Paloma, joined the family in July. Beyond real estate, Christine enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, studying history, and would one day love to write fictional novels.
