Forest Balderson was first licensed in Florida real estate in 1999. In 2007, Balderson graduated with high honors from Eckerd College, in St Petersburg, Florida with a BA in Creative Writing. He later earned a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. 

As a grant writer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, Balderson raised $1.5 million (nearly half) the FY 2015-16 budget for its 10-county SWFL footprint.

Balderson has accumulated years of experience and education in real estate sales, appraisal, and community association management. In 2018, he earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

He is currently the vice chair of the fundraising committee for RASM Realtors Charitable Foundation.
