Born and Raised in South Florida, Alexandra moved from Fort Lauderdale to Weston at the age of 3 where she has resided ever since. Alexandra grew up immersed in the Real Estate industry following the footsteps of her mother, Terri Perlini, Weston Florida's #1 Luxury agent. Upon graduation from Saint Thomas Aquinas High School, Alexandra went on to attend Florida State University where she studied Business Administration and while studying obtained her Florida Real Estate License. Alexandra began to practice real estate while finishing her degree at Broward College where she graduated with honors receiving her BAS in Supervision and Management, specializing in Marketing. Now, Alexandra works as the Marketing Director for The Terri Perlini Team, a top Real Estate team in the state of Florida, where she markets and sells luxury real estate.

Alexandra is well involved in her local community and shares her passion for helping the world become a better place by volunteering at 4Ocean beach clean ups and at local animal shelters. When Alexandra isn’t working or volunteering, you can find her cooking up a healthy meal in the kitchen, reading a good self-help book at the beach, or cuddling with her beloved dog.

In fact, her family was one of the first to break ground in the city of Weston when it was being built by Arvida back in 1996!
