In her desire to provide excellent service to her clients, Melinda earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation & is a Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI). She was awarded the International President’s Circle/Elite Awards and in 2004, 2005 & 2015 she was awarded the distinguished International President Premier 2016 & 2017. She is ranked in the Top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally. In 2013 & 2015, Melinda was among the Top 100 Realtors in the State of Hawaii as recognized by Hawaii Business magazine.

Melinda was born in Iloilo, Philippines and graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of St. Agustin. Prior to moving to Hawaii, Melinda’s varied experiences in organizing and managing community development organizations gives her better perspective in dealing with people from various walks of life. She did various volunteer activities and received many awards for community works both in private and public sectors.
