Licensed in January 1980, Ron Lee has specialized in real estate sales and creating and building over 30 small developments in his 40 years career. Helping past clients and referrals has been a blessing as he has consistently ranked among the top 5% in real estate sales over the past 30 years. He has been ranked in the Top 100 for sales or transactions in the State of Hawaii in 2013 and 2015.

He has served the Honolulu Board of Realtors and Hawaii Association of Realtors in numerous committees, most recently as a member and then chairperson of the Professional Standard and Arbitration Committee (2009-2016), Hawaii CRB Chapter Executive Committee (2016-2020). Along with past volunteer work with HBR City Affairs Committee, Election Committee, Issues and Mobilization Committee, MLS Task Force Committee, HAR Strategic Planning Committee and others.

He has also served as Hawaii Association of RealtorsPast CRB Chapter President RPAC Trustee.

Among his recognitions includes being a 2001 Aloha Aina Winner and multiple client service nominations. The CRB Chapter Pinnacle Award Winner for outstanding contribution to the Chapter.

He was instrumental in forming the CRB Golf benefit for the Hawaii Children’s Cancer Foundation in 1998 which has run annually and has raised over a quarter of a million dollars for the charity.
