My goal as an agent is to assist my clients with all of their real estate needs. To have my client feel comfortable with the deal they have received from purchasing or selling property. Together this may be achieved through an open line of communication and the knowledge of real estate I possess.

Personal Background

Jake is a lifelong Chicagoland resident and had family and friend in the real estate business for as long as he can remember. After initially starting his career in pharmaceutical sales, he made the decision to pursue his real state passion full time in 2009 and joined a top producing team. The real estate market was in a major downturn, but this gave Jake the unique opportunity to master the ins and outs of the short sale and foreclosure processes. He is especially knowledgeable about many of Chicago's high-rise buildings, specifically in River North. After working on a team for 8 years Jake recently started working independently. Jake has been a part of over 500 closed transaction sides in his time in real estate. Jake takes great pleasure in helping sellers highlight their properties, with proven results in selling quickly and assisting buyers in finding the perfect place to call home. After living in Lincoln Park for over 10 years, Jake now resides in Avondale and enjoys spending time with his dog Puck, traveling, exploring Chicago's vibrant nightlife scene, and spending time with family and friends.
